All PRB Arts visuals are licensed under a royalty-free, one-time purchase license. This means you can use your purchased assets repeatedly without expiration — under the terms below.
🧠 Understanding Your Rights as a Buyer
Purchasing a license from PRB Arts does not give you ownership or copyright of the artwork. It simply grants you permission to use it in specific ways, depending on your license.
- You do not own the image or its intellectual property.
- You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the original file — even for free.
- You cannot upload it in a way that others can freely download or reuse it.
- Use is limited to the person or organization that purchased the license.

Licenses are non-transferable and valid only for the individual or organization that made the purchase.
Our Commitment to Exclusivity
Every asset available for license on prbarts.com—including all photos, illustrations, vectors, videos, 3D models, and kits—is part of our exclusive Masterpiece Collection. We guarantee that these specific, curated assets are permanently unique to this site and will never be sold on any other platform or stock agency. This is our promise of true artistic and commercial scarcity.
Our portfolio on stock agencies, which you may find under our contributor names 'prbarts' or 'Peddalanka Ramesh Babu', is known as our Elements Library. It consists of entirely separate, intentionally different assets created for a broader commercial market. This clear distinction ensures that when you invest in a PRB ARTS exclusive, you are acquiring a truly unique piece of scientific art that is unavailable anywhere else.
This guarantees confidence for collectors, researchers, and publishers who require scientifically accurate, exclusive visuals.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
PRB Arts visuals may not be used in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or unethical. You agree not to use any content in the following ways:
- In connection with sexually explicit content or pornography
- To promote violence, hate, racism, or discrimination of any kind
- In any misleading, libelous, defamatory, or fraudulent context
- To depict illegal activities or promote unlawful behavior
- In political, religious, or advocacy materials without prior written permission
- In any content that harms the reputation of PRB Arts or the creator
Violating these terms may result in license termination and legal action. Always use visuals with respect and in good faith.
Standard License
- Use in academic papers, presentations, blogs, and reports
- Websites, educational videos, and digital publications
- Print materials (up to 500 copies)
- No commercial POD, reselling, or redistribution
Extended License
- Includes all Standard rights
- Commercial use in ads, product packaging, client work
- Unlimited print runs
- Still no resale or POD for sale
POD (Print-on-Demand) Policy
You may use PRB Arts visuals for personal POD use (e.g., printing on mugs, t-shirts, or posters for yourself or as gifts).
Commercial POD (selling on platforms like Etsy, Redbubble, Amazon, etc.) is not permitted under either license.
Future support for POD will be launched within PRB Arts. Stay tuned!
