How to draw a mushroom for kids
Learn how to draw a mushroom – outline mushroom drawing sketch – step by step tutorial guide for beginners.
What You Will Need
- An A4 size plain white paper.
- A pencil.
- An eraser.
Please note: use a light HB pencil to draw all the shapes. Once it is perfect, you can add a second layer with a dark tone. For this tutorial purpose, I’m using the dark outline.
Step 1: Draw a curve line for mushroom top head area
Step 2: Draw a curve line for mushroom bottom head area
Step 3: Draw a curve line to create the stem of the mushroom
Step 4: Draw another curve line parallel to step 3
Step 5: Draw the bottom shape like this
Step 6: Draw few dots here & there on the mushroom head
Step 7: Draw grass like in the image below
Step 8: Draw grass like the M shape
Step 9: Draw few grass in the bottom area

Step 10: Draw few grass in rough style
Step 11: Draw the grass and land area
