How to Draw an Orange Clownfish

Orange Clownfish drawing – In this quick tutorial you will learn how to draw a clownfish

This drawing tutorial is designed for kids & beginners so no previous art skill is required

I’m going to draw the clownfish outline sketch in the side view because it will be easy for beginners to understand

Please note: use a light HB pencil to draw all the basic shapes, for this tutorial purpose I’m using the dark color tone

Step 1: Let’s start with the clownfish head

Draw a small curved line

Step 2: Clownfish head bottom outline

Draw a small bend line for the mouth area and a curved line

Step 3: Clownfish mouth drawing

Draw a small curved line to divide the upper and lower head section and it also creates the mouth part

Step 4: Clownfish eye drawing

Draw a small circle in the upper head section

Step 5: Clownfish eyeball drawing

Draw a small black dot in the center of the fish eye

Step 6: Clownfish upper body outline

Draw a big curved line as shown in the image

Step 7: Clownfish lower body outline

Draw another big curved line as shown in the image

Time to clean up the artwork and add dark tones

Step 19: Let’s start to paint the base color

Use yellow color as a base coat, you can use crayons, sketch pens, watercolor, or any medium there are no restrictions

Step 20: Painting on the clownfish fin area

Use a black color shade at the end part of the fin

Step 21: Finishing Work

Be careful with the final orange coat, use the color only where it is required, I’m using it on the edges
